Banksters compete with each other in Investment Runs. They predict the flow of particular coins and have certain abilities that can help them not only predict but also influence the market.
How Does It Work?
Vitalik’s Buzz gives a selected coin a significant boost of +40 points. Any other abilities used on this coin will receive a bonus of +20 points, which will work not only for you, but also for the opponent’s abilities on the same coin.
Caution! Using these abilities you can help opponents too, if they have the same coin in the same trading position.
While CZ’s Effect lasts for 3 rounds, Vitalik’s Buzz lasts only for 1 round.
Alongside Vitalik’s Buzz, Banksters also offers an ability called Hype, which provides a similar boost to the selected coin but with a lower point value. Hype costs 1 influence point to use and provides a boost of +20 points to the selected coin, with a +10 bonus to any other abilities used on the coin (your’s or the opponents).
While not as powerful as Vitalik’s Buzz, Hype is a cost-effective way to gain an edge in the game.
The exact number of points on Vitalik’s Buzz and Hype varies from Bankster to Bankster.
Hype
The base is 20 points, where +2, +4, +5, or +8 points are added depending on the number of skills representative of the ability.
The bonus base is 10 points, where +1, +2, +3, +4 are added depending on the number of skills representative of the ability.
Hype delivers a minimum of +22 (20+2) or a maximum of +39 (20+1+2+3+4) or any other option of these points’ combination.
In case some other abilities are applied on the same coin, Hype delivers a bonus — a minimum of +11 (10+1) or a maximum of +20 (10+1+2+3+4) or any other option of these points’ combination.
Vitalik’s Buzz
The base is 40 points, where +4, +8, +10, or +16 points are added depending on the number of skills representative of the ability.
The bonus base is 20 points, where +2, +4, +5, +8 are added depending on the number of skills representative of the ability.
Vitalik’s Buzz delivers a minimum of +44 (40+4) or a maximum of +78 (40+4+8+10+16) or any other option of these points’ combination.
In case some other abilities are applied on the same coin, Vitalik’s Buzz delivers a bonus — a minimum of +22 (20+2) or a maximum of +39 (20+2+4+5+8) or any other option of these points’ combination.
To use these abilities during an Investment Run, certain conditions must be met:
- Players must have already selected an avatar with this ability.
- Hype costs 1 Influence point and can only be applied once per round.
Vitalik’s Buzz is twice more powerful, costs 2 Influence points and can only be used once per round.
