Are you looking for Insider Trade? Play Banksters and you will get it, as much as you want

Insider trading is the unethical practice of buying or selling securities, crypto coins, stocks or any other trading asset based on confidential information acquired inside a company. So be aware, insider trading is universally considered unlawful with real consequences.

There are a number of reasons why insider trading is illegal:

  • It gives insiders an unfair advantage over other investors
  • It can disrupt the market price of the security
  • It can damage investor confidence in the market

Here are some examples of insider trading in the cryptocurrency market:

  • In 2018, a former Coinbase employee was convicted of insider trading for using non-public information about upcoming token listings to make trades. He was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay $100,000 in fines.
  • In 2020, a group of individuals were charged with insider trading for using non-public information about a cryptocurrency exchange hack to make trades. They were accused of making millions of dollars in profits by buying and selling cryptocurrencies before and after the hack was announced.
  • In 2021, a cryptocurrency exchange was fined $10 million by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for failing to prevent insider trading. The SEC alleged that the exchange had allowed employees to trade on non-public information about upcoming token listings.

All these cases show one clear point: Insider trading is a grave criminal offense that can impact the crypto market significantly.

If someone is caught in the act of insider trading, he can either be sent to prison, charged a fine, or both. According to the SEC in the US, a conviction for insider trading may lead to a maximum fine of $10 million and up to 20 years of imprisonment.

So think twice when you ask a friend of yours from Wall Street for some market insiders — he might have problems providing such sensitive information.

If you want to experience the privilege of such Insiders — play Banksters and apply Insider Trading as a game feature with just one click. Securely for everybody.

How it works

  1. You must have already selected an Avatar with this Ability.

2. It costs 2 Influence points and takes effect at the end of the current round only.

3. Your selected coin will receive from +34 to +60 points when you use this ability. If your opponents have the same coin without any ability applied, or no one has chosen the selected coin in that investment run, then the position will get extra points from +68 to +120. The number of points depends on the particular Bankster’s abilities and rarity.

Score distribution

More about skils points can be read in our separate article.
